The hotel is clean and modern with spacious rooms.

I encountered issues with the check-in process as I was asked to wait even after the allocated check-in time. The washing machine situation was quite frustrating. I waited far too long for someone to pick up their laundry, and there wasn't an efficient management system in place. Additionally, the bathtub drainage was a problem. water did not drain properly, making the bathing process less enjoyable.

The hotel was fantastic! Our room had a massage chair, which was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and shopping. Breakfast offered a great variety of Japanese and western options, which we loved!

Staying in the Moderate Twin Room was pretty nice! The room size was good and had all the essentials like a TV with chromecast. A large bathroom perfect for relaxing in the tub after a long day. The staff had some unique extra amenities available, which was a fun surprise! The location was super convenient too, close to all the must-see spots in Kobe. Only drawback? Maybe a little outdated on some tech.

i had a lovely stay at daiwa roynet hotel. the location was perfect, just a few minutes walk to the sannomiya shopping street. the moderate double room s was a good size, especially the bathroom, which was surprisingly spacious. i appreciated the helpful message from the hotel about parking options. plus, the nearby tooth tooth patisserie was a delightful treat.
